Appearance

Rich milk chocolate patina invites immediate interest in this smoke.

Nose

Whiffs of cedar, nutmeg and caramel foreshadow the enchanting personality of this smoke.

Taste

Initial flavours of roasted nuts and the slightest hint of sweet spices feature in the first third of the draw after toast. Undertones of oak and chocolate with a slightly spicy finish feature prominently in the second third of the draw. The final third carries through with a fine ribbon of nuts, oak and sweet spices in a medium finish. A rich and smooth smoke.

SUMMARY OF CIGAR EXPERIENCE

Square pressed (also called box pressed) cigars are literally pressed into the box where the pressure from the box creates a square shape. Originating in Cuba, this practice was initially adopted to save shipping space but found to cause the cigars to burn longer and with a more consistent flavour, thereby giving the connoisseur a more enjoyable smoke.
